This album was created in 2006 as a collaboration between Mauricio Reyes and L.A. Born musician Stefan Joel Weisser, aka Z'EV

The first minute of the album features the voice of Sigmund Freud himself. On December 7, 1938, a BBC radio crew visited Sigmund Freud at his new home at Hampstead, North London. The BBC recording is the only known audio recording of Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis and one of the towering intellectual figures of the 20th century. ⓒBBC

The recording is a collection of interviews about mental disorders especially Synesthesia and Topographic Theory. It covers different aspects of Psychoanalysis and therapeutic techniques that deal in part with the unconscious mind, and which together form a method of treatment for mental disorders. The discipline was established in the early 1890s by Austrian neurologist Sigmund Freud, who developed the practice from his theoretical model of personality organization and development, psychoanalytic theory.

Freud's work stems partly from the clinical work of Josef Breuer and others. Psychoanalysis was later developed in different directions, mostly by students of Freud, such as Alfred Adler and his collaborator, Carl Gustav Jung, as well as by neo-Freudian thinkers, such as Erich Fromm, Karen Horney, and Harry Stack Sullivan.

Some of the recordings used came from the "Clinica San Rafael" Sanatorium in Mexico City and the University of Southern California in which subjects were exposed to the effects of LSD. These "Journeys" were monitored closely by psychoanalysts to determine the short and long-term effects of LSD in the body and how it affects perception.
