Música Metaphysica uses sound samples that were recorded during séances and other paranormal events, then hugely amplified and mixed to create a new kind of journalistic sound research that takes this genre to the next evolutionary level.

Initial ratings and reviews by industry insiders have this album tracked to change the market and perhaps even the meaning behind current electro-acoustic music.

Cycom composed, engineered, performed, and arranged this electronic symphony over a period of a year. The result is an extraordinary journey through different dimensions and environments, which are connected like a system similar to that described by Albert Einstein in his theory about “wormholes” which connect different realms in space and time. Although the composition breaks new ground in the technology of electronic music, it is at the same time profoundly emotional.

In composing Música Metaphysica, Cycom contacted three centers for the study of paranormal activity and electronic voice phenomena (EVP), which are electronically generated noises, such as static and background noise, which resemble speech.
